Coconut leaf haulm broom village at Tan Thanh hamlet
The village has developed for several years with 15 businesses. Each business has 10-15 workers making over 1000 coconut leaf haulm brooms everyday. The working atmosphere here is every busy and harmonious. Each group consists of 3-5 workers and is responsible for different steps like whittling, bundling, trimming, arranging… Although they make brooms by hand, but thanks to assignment for every step, complete products are equal in size, beauty, durability and convenience. Therefore, the number of orders increases and their products are consumed in the whole nation.
